Between Waves is an audio-visual performance that explores the ephemeral boundaries of perception through the convergence of thermography and live radio manipulation. Staged at 11/F Foo Tak Building, Hong Kong, the work utilizes the site’s domestic-turned-artistic architecture as a concentrated field for sensory negotiation.

The sonic core of the performance centers on the live hijacking and deconstruction of electromagnetic signals. By transforming the radio from a passive receiver into a generative instrument, the artist intervenes in the regulated spectrum to expose the visceral materiality of noise and interference. This act of "signal hijacking" serves as a form of tactical media, dwelling in the interstitial spaces of the airwaves to reclaim sonic agency. Through the resonance between human breathing and the erratic pulse of transient signals, the performance dwells in a "state of becoming," navigating the precarious threshold where technological mediation meets the transient nature of existence.
